Prepare for a career in the creative and competitive culinary field. Students will engage with innovative chefs in two separate cooking labs with state-of-the-art equipment. With emphasis on professional customer service, real world production, challenging hands-on tasks and technical learning from trained industry professionals, guest chefs and local culinary leaders, students responsibly develop daily meals for staff, students and local community patrons. Be ready for the many culinary career opportunities that await or jump ahead into post-secondary education with earned college credit.
