SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not offer shipping on individual items from our online store, however we can ship large orders at the end of the sale upon request. If you are ordering items from our in store catalog we can have most items delivered to our shop in one or two business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy but once we have completed our value adding services we cannot accept returns on customized items. We appreciate feedback and will do our best to right any wrongs.
